During the construction of the hotel, the old passageway that connected the Tithe House with the church vicarage and which had been closed and hidden for decades appeared. A passage that could seem like an escape route from a castle dungeon.
With the cool and constant temperature, the cellar provides the perfect environment for aging your select wines. We did not hesitate to convert it into our winery. In addition, the thick stone walls and arched vaults offer a unique atmosphere that adds character and charm to each bottle that rests there.

The bar opens onto a charming terrace that offers views of the lush nature surrounding the hotel and the picturesque houses of the village. During the colder months, the design central fireplace adds a cozy touch, inviting guests to snuggle up and soak in the warm atmosphere.

The north door of the reception faces the plaza of the Villabuena church. In it we find, occupying the place where the parish Tithe House was located, our Wine Cellar from which it borrows its name. This space has become a meeting point between visitors, locals and winemakers in the town. With a lot of love and broad criteria, it is a place where you can discover the winemaking proposals of the region, from the classics of the large wineries to the best kept secrets of the small ones in the region. If you're lucky, you might end up toasting the author of one of the wines you're trying. We accompany a small menu of cold dishes such as sausages and cans of exquisite quality preserves. Open from Thursday to Sunday.
